Bungee fitness is a fun, low-impact, high-energy workout that combines cardio, strength training, and aerial movement using a supportive bungee harness system. The bungees reduce impact on your joints while allowing you to jump, glide, squat, and fly through dynamic movements you can’t do in a traditional workout.

What is the difference between your bungee classes?
Our intro class is for the person who has never done bungee fitness before. We teach the foundational pieces needed to thrive in the beginner class and beyond. Our Soaring Seniors class specifically is for our senior fitness enthusiasts looking for a new way to workout (ages 55+).
Which class should I start with as a newcomer?
We recommend starting with the Intro Class, which includes 30min. intro to some jumps and routines. This allows you to learn the fundamental movements first, so you feel confident and prepared to follow along with the routines in the Beginner class. This class can be taken with a Beginner class as a combo.
How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes for us to get you fitted and set up in your harness for class.
