• Assistance and Resistance – achieve athletic and physical unattainable moves with bungee assistance, allowing you to leap into the air with ease. It also provides resistance as you run and jump.
- A Bungee Fitness class with a full body workout. You will be using your muscles more than you think. You will do lunges and squats, use your arms for your back to lift, and propel yourself into the air.
- The BodyPump class is a fast paced ultimate barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. BODYPUMP uses motivating music and proven techniques to challenge every major muscle.
- The Core34 class will strengthen and chisel your abs, glutes and back to unlock the full power of your training potential.
- Soaring Seniors class is focused specifically on seniors. This class will increase your range of motion and strength.
- TrampoLean is a NEW class! It has numerous health benefits across various age groups and conditions. The impact of trampoline training focuses on mobility, balance, fitness, and overall well-being.

INTRO
Intro Class (This class must be taken as a combo with the Beginner Class)
This is a 30-minute Bungee Fitness Introductory Class. You will learn: harness safety rules & procedures, a rigorous warm-up, fun routines, and most importantly, you will learn to Trust the Bungee!
Beginner
Beginner Class (Prerequisite – Intro Class)
This 45-minute class is where the fun begins! You will take everything you have learned and put it all together in a dynamic, full-body routine. You will practice your skills, build confidence, and get a great cardio workout. It is the perfect class to learn new routines and prepare to fly higher!
LEVEL 1
Ready to take your flight to the next level?
This 55-minute class is designed for those who have completed the Introductory and Beginner Classes. You will apply bungee terminology within all our fun choreographed exercises and routines. Get ready for a full-body, low-impact, high-energy cardio party that will leave you feeling strong and ready for more!
LEVEL 2
Prerequisite: Level 1 and instructors’ recommendation.
This 45-minute Level 2 class is designed to challenge your athletic and bungee techniques. Building on the basics, you will look forward to fun, dynamic routines and powerful moves that make you feel like you are truly soaring. Get ready to sweat, smile, and push your limits. This class will elevate your strength, cardio, and confidence, leaving you feeling powerful and exhilarated!
SOARING SENIORS™
Rock the Bungee!
This 45-minute class is designed for adults 55+. It includes: 15-min. on Weights, 15min. on the Bungee and 15min. on the TrampoLean! The class is a total cardio workout and a low-impact activity that is easy on the joints because the bungee cords support your body weight which absorbs shock, reducing stress on the knees, hips, and ankles. This innovative class is focused on increasing your strength, your range of motion, enhance your flexibility, stamina, and lymphatic flow.
